Mark Louis Garbin, 45, passed away July 21, 2008, in a Virginia Beach Hospital. Mark was born April 24, 1963, in Pittsburgh to the late Anthony John Garbin and Anna Mae Kibbler Garbin. He was a member of Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Virginia Beach. A restaurant manager with more than 20 years of experience, he was currently serving with the Smokey Bones restaurant. Mark was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was an avid Steelers fan.
