On jan 15, 2008 , James went to be with God. He suffered for 4 years with Breast Cancer and fought bravely. He died of a Pulmanary Embolism in Hospice Care. He is survided by his wife, Shiela, Daughter Jamie Shillinger and son Sean Shillinger along with a brother Carl and his dog Nittany. James resided in North Potomak Maryland for the past 20 years and was retired from the US Goverment. He will be missed by all who new him
