James (Jim) O'Toole

February 20, 1953 - January 31, 2019, do to health issues in Allen Texas. Survived by wife Judith & son Christopher. Jim loved nothing more then being with family & friends. Family outings, rounds of golf, dinner & drinks. Jim's passion over the past years was sky diving in which he made thousands of jumps. These passed few years, Jim volunteered at a local food bank & for the local Police Dept., working the front desk. Arrangements were handled in TX. An obit was in the local Pittsburgh Post Gazette in February of 2019.
