Paul "Toot" Knox

Toot passed away November 8, 2016 after a battle with cancer. He was a superbly unique character and a great friend to many. Time spent with Toot usually left me with my face hurting from laughing too hard, or being forced to think about some deep topic he wanted to discuss, and sometimes both. He was a distinct piece of the fabric of Pitcairn. He will be missed and may he rest in peace. His obituary follows: Paul Robert "Toot" Knox Jr., 65, of Pitcairn, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016. He was the son of the late Paul Robert and Caroline Marie (Snee) Knox Sr.; husband of the late Joyce Ann (McCandless) Knox; father of the late Hunter Knox; and beloved brother of James Jay Knox. At Toot's request, there will be no visitation and a private burial will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to the WM. O. PEARCE FUNERAL HOME INC., Pitcairn.
