Chuck would have graduated with us, but didn't...not because he wasn't brilliant, because he was, but because he was stubborn. Chuck passed away on Feb.5, 2005 from cancer. He was, without question, the best friend anyone could ever ask for. I am certain that I am just one person in many, who loved him and miss him being in this world. For so many years, I thought about him, wondered how his life had turned out, hoped that someday our paths would cross again. When I finally took the time to look for him, he was already gone. The lesson here is, if there is someone in your life who matters, don't wait to tell them...do it now, so that the opportunity is not lost to you forever. With much love for my forever friend.
